The need to know how to manage employees is important. This Manage Track has taught me how to manage and guide my team. To become an effective manager, mentorship is key. Through this track, I aim to shape them into being the best versions of themselves.

 

In every workplace, there are bound to be grievances. Knowing how to handle and resolve these grievances can create a conducive environment in the workplace. The Manage Track also taught me the reasons why I should resolve them at the earlier stage before it manifests into a bigger issue.
